Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 October 2026
The short version. Poker Inn is a free social game for entertainment and learning. There is no real money, no prizes and no cash-out. Chips have no value and can't be bought, sold or traded. You must be 18 or older. Doing well in Poker Inn, including the Poker Academy, does not mean you will succeed at real-money gambling. Never use Poker Inn, or a club in it, to settle money between players.
These terms are an agreement between you and Revintiq Tech LLC ("we", "us") about your use of the Poker Inn apps and website ("Poker Inn"). By creating an account or using Poker Inn you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Poker Inn. Section 17 contains an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved.
1. Poker Inn is not gambling
Poker Inn is a free social game for entertainment and learning. It offers no real-money gambling and no chance to win money or prizes. Poker Inn is not a gambling operator and holds no gambling licence. Free to play. No real money, no prizes, no cash-out.
2. No guarantee of real-money success
Playing, practising or doing well in Poker Inn, including the Poker Academy, does not mean you will succeed at real-money gambling. Play-chip games are not the same as games played for money, and real-money gambling involves real losses.
3. Who can use Poker Inn
- You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to form a binding contract.
- You must not use Poker Inn where social casino-style games are illegal, or use a VPN or other tool to hide where you are in order to get around these rules.
- An account is required to play online (hosting or joining tables, clubs, chips, Academy sync and stats). Quick Play against bots and the Academy on your device work without one.
- One person, one account. Don't share, sell, buy or transfer accounts, and don't play more than one seat at a table. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in safe.
We may close accounts that break these rules, including accounts we reasonably believe belong to someone under 18.
4. Poker Inn chips
- Chips (Poker Inn chips and the table chips used at club tables) are a limited, personal, revocable licence to use a game feature. They are not property, you do not own them, and they have no monetary value.
- Chips cannot be bought, and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, traded or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value, inside or outside Poker Inn. Results and balances are a game scoreboard only. They are not debts and are not evidence of money owed.
- We may change, reset, limit or remove chips and chip rewards at any time, including when we close an account, with no compensation.
- Free play when you run out: you can always get more chips for free through the daily bonus, Academy rewards and the safety-net top-up, as offered in the app.
5. Subscriptions: Player Pass and club plans
- Poker Inn may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions: the Player Pass (for example monthly or yearly) and club plans bought by a club owner. Subscriptions unlock learning content and features (such as advanced Academy levels and tools, full hand history and advanced stats, and for club plans a larger club and the Player Pass for every member).
- Subscriptions never include chips, never increase chip rewards, and never include anything that can be redeemed, cashed out or used to win anything. Sitting down to play is never paid.
- Price and billing. The price, billing period and features are shown in the app and the store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. Cancel in your store account settings (App Store or Google Play) at any time; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your Poker Inn account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We can't issue store refunds.
- Restore. You can restore a subscription on your account with "Restore purchases". One subscription backs one Poker Inn account at a time.
- Club plans are bought by the club owner. Members get their Player Pass through the club while they are members; if a member leaves, it lasts until the end of the club's current paid period (or ends on leaving if the plan has no paid period).
- We may change subscription prices or features. We will give you notice of a price increase as the stores require, and you can cancel before it applies.
6. No real money, inside or outside the app
You must not use Poker Inn, including any club, game or chat, to arrange, record, settle or promote any payment, wager, buy-in, rake, fee or prize in money or anything of value. This includes settling results outside the app by cash, bank transfer, payment app, crypto, gift card or goods, and acting as or using an "agent", "banker" or "cashier".
Poker Inn chip balances and results are not debts and are not evidence of money owed. Club owners must not allow such activity and must report it to us. If we reasonably believe a club is involved, we may delete the club, close the accounts of the owner, managers and members involved, remove chips, and cooperate with law enforcement. Poker Inn takes no part in and accepts no responsibility for any such arrangement, which is void as between you and us.
Poker Inn never appoints agents, bankers or cashiers, and never sells chips. Anyone offering to sell chips or settle games for money is not affiliated with Poker Inn — report them (in the app, Report → Report real-money activity, or by email to [email protected]).
We do not recognise or support any secondary market for chips, accounts or club access, and accept no responsibility for it.
7. Clubs and club owners
- A club owner (and the managers they appoint) runs their club: who joins, who hosts, table settings, and moderation of the club's chat, posts and members.
- Club owners and managers must enforce these Terms in their club, including Section 6, and report real-money activity, cheating or abuse to us.
- A club is a private group of players. It is not a business, casino or card room, and must not charge or collect fees, rake, buy-ins, dues or anything else in money or of value. (A club plan bought from the store for Poker Inn features is not a club fee.)
- Club names, descriptions and pictures must follow Section 9 and must not advertise money games, settlement or other gambling.
- We may moderate, suspend or delete any club, and remove its owner, managers or members, if it breaks these Terms.
8. Fair play and prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, collude with other players, soft-play, chip-dump, or share hole cards during a hand;
- use bots, scripts, AI or real-time assistance tools, or any software that plays or advises for you at an online table (the Academy's coach mode works only at the practice table against bots);
- create or use multiple accounts, or accounts to evade a ban or farm free chips;
- exploit bugs, or interfere with, probe or overload our servers, or access data you are not meant to see;
- reverse engineer the app except where the law allows;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- sell, buy or share accounts, or use Poker Inn for any commercial purpose or to promote real-money gambling.
9. Chat and user content
Table chat (at club tables), stickers, names, avatars, club names, club pictures, posts and comments are content you create ("your content"). We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or send content that is:
- harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful or discriminatory;
- sexually explicit, violent or graphic;
- defamatory, or that shares someone's private information;
- spam, scams, or advertising (including for real-money gambling or settlement);
- unlawful, or infringing someone else's rights.
Reporting. Report objectionable content, abusive players, cheating or real-money activity in the app, or by email to [email protected] (include the player ID or club, what happened and when). We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, by removing the offending content and, where appropriate, suspending or removing the account that posted it. You can also block players. Club owners and managers can remove posts, comments and members in their clubs, and a table's host can delete chat messages.
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and transmit it as needed to run Poker Inn (for example, to show your chat to your club's table). We may remove any content.
10. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you or your club have broken these Terms, we may, at our discretion and without notice: warn you; remove content; remove or reset chips; reverse or void results; remove you from clubs; restrict features; suspend or close your account; and dissolve clubs. Where the law requires, we will tell you why. Accounts closed for breaking these Terms are not entitled to refunds of subscriptions, except where the store's policy or the law says otherwise.
11. The Poker Academy and learning tools
The Poker Academy, coach hints, charts and equity calculator are general education and entertainment, not professional, financial or gambling advice, and do not guarantee results. Figures may be simplified or contain errors. They are learning tools for Poker Inn's own play-chip games, not aids for real-money play.
12. Play responsibly
Poker Inn is meant to be fun. If playing stops being fun, take a break. Help resources, Take a break and session reminders are described on our Play responsibly page.
If gambling is causing you problems, free confidential help is available: in the US, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738); in the UK, call the National Gambling Helpline free on 0808 8020 133. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
13. The service, changes and termination
We may change, suspend or stop any part of Poker Inn, reset chip balances, or remove inactive games and clubs. A live hand can be voided if the dealer service restarts or a technical fault occurs. You can stop using Poker Inn and delete your account at any time, in the app or on our delete account page. We may suspend or end your access as described in Section 10. Sections 2, 4, 6, 11 and 14 to 18 continue after your account ends.
14. Disclaimer
Poker Inn is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that hands, histories, chips or Academy progress will be preserved.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, chips, goodwill or profits, arising from your use of Poker Inn. Because chips have no value, no loss of chips is a loss of money. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$50 or the amount you paid us for Poker Inn in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you; nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and indemnify Revintiq Tech LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) brought by third parties that arise from your breach of these Terms, your content, or any real-money or off-app arrangement you take part in.
17. Disputes: informal resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver
Talk to us first. If you have a dispute with us, email [email protected] with a description and what you want; we'll try to resolve it informally within 60 days.
Arbitration (if you live in the United States). If we can't resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or Poker Inn will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.
Class-action waiver. Disputes are resolved only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.
Opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration opt-out", your player ID and the email on your account, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
If you live outside the United States, this section does not apply to you, and you keep the right to bring claims in the courts where you live.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to Section 17. If you are a consumer in the UK, the European Economic Area, Australia or another country whose law gives you rights that can't be waived by contract, you keep those rights and may bring claims in your local courts.
19. Apple and Google
- These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple or Google. We alone, not Apple or Google, are responsible for Poker Inn and its content.
- Your licence to use the app is a limited, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple or Android devices you own or control, as allowed by the store's usage rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.
- You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when using the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you.
- Your use of the app stores and purchases is also governed by their terms: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Media Services Terms, and the Google Play Terms of Service. If they conflict with these Terms for an app obtained from that store, the store's terms apply to that conflict.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app and may ask you to accept them again. If you keep using Poker Inn after a change, you accept the new Terms.
